CARING FOR YOUR FURNITURE
Care as we would do it
To best preserve the shape, colour and finish of your furniture, we recommend you follow the following simple procedure, which has been specially designed and tested by our technicians:
Remove stains immediately: it’s always advisable to do this as quickly as possible. Leaving the stain to act on the surface for even a few minutes may damage your furniture.
Use a soft cloth, ideally NEW or free from any detergent. NEVER under any circumstances use an abrasive sponge. We recommend using a microfibre cloth. The electrostatic charge it possesses when dry means no unsightly “lint” will be left on your furniture.
Use 100% natural Marseille soap: a few flakes of soap diluted in warm water makes a perfect for cleaning whether for just a small section or the whole cabinet.
NEVER rub: dab the surface evenly until the required degree of cleaning has been achieved. Rubbing could create unsightly opaque or gloss areas which have a different appearance to the original furniture.
Rinse and dry quickly: use NON-COLOURED absorbent paper, remembering never to rub the surface as the abrasiveness of the paper could damage the surface.
